Newspapers understand that tli- interAilied Conference at Paris definitelv discusses the sending of a Japanese military expedition to Europe. It is generally considered that such an expedition is impossible, but it is believed that further naval assistance is feasible. It is reported that the .lovernment has decided against sending troops to Europe.
