FURTHER POSITIONS CAPTURED. ADJACENT TO JERUSALEM. Received Nov. 22, 8 pm Loudon, Nov. 21. Palestine official: The situation northward of Jaffa 13 unchanged. The Territorial infantry carried Kurv el Rab. six miles westward of Jerusalem, on Monday, at the bayonet's point. The Scottish captured But Likia, 5 miles northwest of Jerusalem. The mounteds yesterday were in contact with the enemy four miles westwards of Birch, on the Jerusalem —Sehechem road. BRITISH FIVE MILES FROM JERUSALEM. New York,. Nov. 21. The British are within five miles of Jerusalem.
