Subject to necessary alterations, mails will close at the Chief Post Office, New .Plymouth, as under:— Tor Auckland ar.d North, daily per train at 0.15 a.m. For Auckland and North, per steamer, Tuesday and Friday, at 7 p.m. For Napier and Uisborne, dailyat ,0.15 a.m. For Wellington and So tli, daily at 0.33 a.m. For Wanganui and intermediate offices, daily at 0.15 a.m., 11 a.m., and 3 p.m. For Opunake and intermediate office* per motor Ims, daily at 0.15 a.m. .Mails for the United Kingdom..America, and all oversea, countries, including Australia, will" be despatched from jinvi to time by the best route without special notification.
