PROPOSED HOME FOR JEWS. ALLIES WILL APPROVE. Received Nov. 20, 6.35 p.m. London, Nov. lfc Air. Balfour, in the House of Commons, replying to a question said Britain's desire to establish a home for the Jewiih people in Palestine after the war had not been communicated to the Allies, but Britain believed the Allies would approve.
