SCARING THE TURKS. « GALLirOLI AND CONSTANTINOTOB RAIDED. EXPLOSION CAUSED OX THE GOEBEN. WAR OFFICE TWICE HIT. A. and N.Z. Cable Assoc. and Reuter. Received Nov. 1, 5.5 p.m. London, Nov. 17. The l'regs Bureau reports that during recent air raid 3 on Gallipoli and Constantinople, tho Naval Air Service, .assisted by a Greek naval unit, bombed by day and night warehouses, aerodromes and seaplanes at Nagara, and tho Turkish camp at Bulair, and attacked the cruiser Goeben, causing an explosion and fire. The raiders twice hit the War Office,
