RESULT OF ELECTIONS. VICTORY FOR NATIONALIST PARTY Melbourne, Nov. 16. The State election resulted in a victory for the Nationalists: The state of parties is: Ministerialists 10, Nationalists 22, Labour 15, Independent- Labour, 3. All the Ministers are safe. The election figures cabled cover the seats practically beyond doubt. Fifteen are still in doubt, some depending on second counts. The outstanding feature is the victory for the' advocates of economy. Several Liberals who adhered to the Peacock Ministry were defeated, The outcome promises to be that the Ministry will find itself with only a remnant of its supporters and a new leader will l?e chosen from the members of the new National Party.
