GOVERNMENT'S CONSCRIPTION POLICY. ENDORSEMENT STRONGLY ADVOCATED. Received Nov. lfl, 5.5 p.m. Ottawa, Nov. 15. The Canadian press, commenting on Mr. Hughes' conscription campaign speeches, declares that Canada also would prove a coward, as well as a traitor, if, at tho forthcoming elections she failed to endorse the Government's policy in introducing conscription.
