ACTION ON THE ROUMANIAN FRONT. London, Nov. 15. A wireles* Roumanian official message states: Actions occurred in the Trotus Valley and the Grozesti sector. Russian .batteries on several occasions fired against groups of the enemy emerging from trenches and brandishing flags for the purpose of fraternising.
