The coronial inquiry into the Dannevirke Labor Day Arc failed to throw any light on its origin, ihero being, said Magistrate Poynton, no reason to suspect that the licensee of Andrew's Hotel, where the blaze commenced, had anything to do with it, ho being a heavy loser by the fire. The magistrate discounted tho possibility thai, it was doe to I.W.W. or enemy action."
