PHASER'S SENTENCE. By Telegraph.—.Press Association. Wellington, Nov. 15 Fred C. Frasev who was found guilty of conspiring to defraud and attempting to obtain money by false pretences, was sentenced to-day to two years reI.formative detention. He is to' be sent I to Kaingavoa. The Chief Justice said he would bring the case before the Prison's Board at an early date. The board might grant probation after a time.
