KERENSKY IN POWER. LENINIST'S PROCLAMATION DESTROYED. Tetrograd, Nov. 14. The Leninists are holding out only in small parts of Fetrograd, otherwise the whole of Russia is in the hands of the Provisional Government. General Kalcdin is dictator for Southern Russia. Orders of the Provisional Government are signed by Kerensky, Korniloff, and Kalcdin. The Allied Embassies are now in touch with Kerensky. Tho Cossacks destroyed the Red Guards, which was the chief Leninist regiment. Tho population of Petrograd is destroying tho Leninist proclamations.

It is estimated that Lenin's supporters number 50,000. It is reported that the Cossacks hav» occupied Kiev. Officers at Tornea report that Siberia has declared her independence and proclaimed the ex-Czar Emperor. THE'NEWS PROM STOCKHOLM. Stockholm, Nov. 14. The Russian Legation states that Kerensky arrived in IVlrograd w'ith an army and utterly defeated the Bolsheviks. General* Kaledin and Korniloff and the Cossacks acted in co-operation with Kerensky.
