CO-ORDINATING AIR SERVICES DEVELOPMENT AIMED AT. London, Nov. 13. The.' Jlousc of Commons carried the second reading of the Air Force Bill. Sir Frederick Smith explained that the measure co-ordinates the work of the nnval nnd military air services, which meanwhile are aiming at a maximum development.
