WESTERN ATTACK.
SUCCESSFUL BELGIAN RAID. ENEMY AERODROME BOMBED. London, Nov. 13. Sir Douglas Haig reports: The Belgians made a successful raid yesterday morning south-eastward of Nieuport. We repulsed rii attack against a post northeastward of Armentieres. There was great hostile artillery activity this morning north-eastward of Ypres. The Admiralty reports: Our aircraft bombed Vlisseghem aerodrome yesterday. Our patrols fought several engagements.

VIOLENT ARTILLERYING REPORTED. A. and N.Z. Cable Assn. and Renter, Received Nov. 14, 5.5 p.m. London, Nov. 1:1. A French communique states: There has been violent artillerying at various sectors. ' • GERMANS BOMBARD FRENCH LINES. Received Nov. 14, 11.45 p.m. London, Nov. 14. A French communique states: The enemy vigorously opposed our guns and bombarded our lines in the Champagne region and Hie heights at some points in the Argonne. INCREASED ENEMY ARTILLERYING. Aus. and N.Z. Cable Assoc, and Neuter. Received Nov 14, 11.45 p.m. London, Nov. 14. Sir Douglas Haig reports: there has been increased artillerying at .1 number of points on the Ypres front, especially in the neighborhood of Passchendaele.
