BRITAIN'S AIR SUPREMACY. ATTRIBUTED TO AMERICAN HELP. Received Nov. 14, 8.15 p.m. Berne, Nov. 13. The Frankfurter Zeitung admits the Entente's air supremacy is becoming more manifest on the West front, and attribute* Germany's recent heavy aerial losses to America's addition to the Allies' strength.

A wireless German official report states: We repulsed a Russian attack southward of the Riga-Pctrograd railway. We captured Morte Longara. Our troops are advancing in the monntSfns between Lagana and the Clsmon Valley. We stormed two armored forts. Fonzano is ours. A PACIFIST CONFERENCE. Berne, Nov. 13. Herr Erzeberger's Pacifist Conference has begun with secret sittings. Delegates include Herr Dernburg, Count Karolyi and a number of German Catholic bishops. It is noteworthy Hint no Allied delegates are present. The conference is wholly confined to Austrians, Germans, Turks, Bulgars, and pro-Ger-man Swiss.
