Tb« Telegrttaf's Paris correspondent is knthorised to contradict the rumor, inspired by Germany, and quoted in certain Dutefa papers, alleging that Holland Wffl be forced ; to cede to Belgium territory on the left bank of the Rhine in accordance with the Franco-Russian irerty.
