HUN BARBARITY. WOMAN LEFT TO DR-OWN. London. Nov. 11. A survivor of the Citta-rti-Bari, sunk near Corfu, tells of the appalling barbarity of the crew of a submarine. Mrs. Askew, the novelist, was seen in the water we:.:in,g a lifebelt, carrying a pet dog. The crtw of the submarine came and snatched the dog away and then left the woman to drown.
