'J'HE Minister in Charge of Munitions and Supplies, acting under urgent instructions from the British Ministry of Munitions in the United Kingdom, invites all those interested in the above materials to set out their requirements upon a special form which inay b'e obtained upon application from this Department. In order to place the full requirements of the Dominion before the Ministry of Munitions in LondSon, a final Rationing Scheme is now being compiled, and it is therefore imperative to users and others interested that all returns be made on or before the twelfth day of November, 1917.
