HIGH COMMISSIONER'S MARKET (REPORT. The Department of Agriculture, Industries, and Commerce has received the following cablegram, dated November 3, from the High Commissioner. No official quotations, with the exception of Paris 236s 8d; Argentine, 220 d; unsalted, 2235. New Zealand stocks are exhausted. Cheese.—Market continues firm, all at Government prices. Hemp.—Manila market) shows no change. New Zealand market practically cleared, business full for forward shipment on account of freight difficulty. Spot and near-at-hand hemp in active demand at Government prices. Wheat.—Government offerings are very small. Market quiet at official quotations. Oats.—Market steady and prices well maintained.
