He decided to accept the Chancellorship and the Prussian 'Premiership. The Vassisehc Zuitung states that Dr. Hertling accepted the members of tile Reichstag's conditions as to prompt iufri frage reform in Prussia, and the mittga-i tiori of political censqrship and the *k>p-i tion of a foreign policy in accofdanct with Germany's reply to the (Pope's peace. note.
