By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. Atmospheric pressure has increased slowly everywhere, and moderate to strong southerly winds have predominated. Fair to cloudy weather prevailed, with scattered showers, especially in the southern districts, 'Present indications are for southerly breezes; ">ol, fair to cloiidy conditions, with local showers. The barometer has a rising tendency.
