At ft large gathering at the Salvation Army Citadel in Wellington on Monday night Commissioner Hodder nrmMineoil, amidst great enthusiasm, the results of the self-denial for the year 1817, the grand total for the Dominion being £38,<44 10a 3d, of which the Wellington Division contributed £4HSO, last year's amounts being respectively £30.5;i'0 and £2050. Following are the details of the amounts collected in the Central (north) Division and the Wellington Division:—
