A TURKISH ATTACK. BEATEN OFF BY THE YEOMANRY. Received Nov, 1, 9.20 p.m. London, Oct. 31. Egypt official: Three thousand Turks with twelve guns attacked cavalry outposts on Saturday. Though outnumbered and enveloped the London Yeomanry gallantly held their positions for six hours until reinforced. The casualties were under one hundred, whilst the Turkish losses were heavy.
