Wellington, Last Night, The weather was dull and misty conditions have been experienced, with rain generallyi The atmospheric pressure decreased slightly to-day, and northwest breezes predominated, but southerlies are now the rule in the southern part of the South Island. Present, indications are for moderate to strong west to south-west winds, with further unsettled weather and rain in most parts of the country. The barometer will rise everywhere soon.
