THE 'KOWHAI. The Kowhai arrived from Greymouth yesterday at 2.30 p.m. bringing 900 tons of coal for the railway department. She should get away to-day for Greymouth. , THE WAIMEA. Bad weather has held up loading operations on the Waimea at Tarakohe, and she will not arrive at New Plymouth till to-morroW; i THE NGATORO. The Ngatoro left Wellington last night for New Plymouth via Wanganui, leaving the latter port this evening and arriving to-morrow morning with 215 tons of cement. j ' NEW CABLE BUOYS'. The New Plymouth Customs Office has received the 'following telegram from Wellington: "Advise shipmasters sailing south that two cable buoys have been placed off Terawhiti, one being Karori Rock, S. SBdcg. E., Terawhiti N.; and the' other Karori Rock, S. 53deg. E., Terawhiti X. 15deg. W. (bearings magnetic).
