TELEGRAPHICARRIVED. Wellington, Oct. 30, 2.30 p.m.—Huia, from New Plymouth. THE RARAWA, The Rarawa yesterday brought passengers and 139 tons of cargo, and returned to Onehunga last night. THE 'KOWHAI. The Kowhai arrived from Greymouth yesterday at 2.30 p.m. bringing 900 tons of coal for the railway department. She should get away to-day for Greymouth. , THE WAIMEA. Bad weather has held up loading operations on the Waimea at Tarakohe, and she will not arrive at New Plymouth till to-morroW; i THE NGATORO. The Ngatoro left Wellington last night for New Plymouth via Wanganui, leaving the latter port this evening and arriving to-morrow morning with 215 tons of cement. j ' NEW CABLE BUOYS'. The New Plymouth Customs Office has received the 'following telegram from Wellington: "Advise shipmasters sailing south that two cable buoys have been placed off Terawhiti, one being Karori Rock, S. SBdcg. E., Terawhiti N.; and the' other Karori Rock, S. 53deg. E., Terawhiti X. 15deg. W. (bearings magnetic).
