In the Appeal Court, in the Beard case, Mr. Myers continued his argument for the defence, dealing in detail with matters put forward by Mr. Gray and supporting Mr. Gray's, contentions. He referred specially to the fact that Rang! had independent legal advice, and to the adequacy of the consideration paid by Beard and Chennells jfor Mangahina, The argument is unfinished. Wellignton, Later. The Court reserved its decision.
