BRAZIL.
WAR AGAINST GERMANY. Rio Janeiro, Oct. 25. The President of Brazil has sent a message to Congress that the sinking of the Makai compels Brazil to become a belligerent and requests Congress to authorise the seizure of the German warship anchored in BnMa, and the internment of the/ crew .together with the crews of German merchantmen. Brazil has declared war against Germany.
