By Wire.—Our (Parliamentary Reporter, Wellington, Last Night. The supplementary estimates, which are to be introduced to-morrow night, will not make any additional provision for a war bonus to public servant* The Government feels that the financial position of the country doe* not justify the repetition of last year's bonus. Th» arguments that have been used by Ministers in support of their refusal to increase further the allowances to soldiers' dependents, apply to the decision against the war bonus. The Railways Department will make some payments by way of bonus, possibly to married men only.
