WHOLE AUSTRIAN ARMY ON FROST. J 1 STRONG GERMAN REINFORCEMENTS. Reuter Service. Received Oct. 25, 10.35 p.m. London, Oct. 25. A correspondent jit Italian headquarters says that practically the whole of the Austrian army is now on the Italian front, as are also strong German reinforcements. It is apparently intended to attack Tolmino, with a view to forcing the Italians to abandon the Bainsizza plateau and retire to the Isonzo. AUSTRIAN CONCENTRATION IN THE MIDDLE ISONZO. Rome, Oct. 24. The Tribune states that the Austrians have, concentrated 20 divisions on the Middle Isonzo. London, Oct. 24. Italian official—The enemy concentrated strong forces, of which a large portion were German, and there was intense artillery fire during the night on the Julian front between Ronibon and the northern portion of the Bainsizza. This was expected to mark the beginning of an attack but, owing to bad weather, the fire decreased at dawn.
