IRISH AFFAIRS.
QUESTION OF REDISTRIBUTING SEATS. Australian-N.Z. Cable Association. London, Oct. 19. In the House of Commons, Sir George Cave (Home Secretary) announced that the Government was prepared to add a scheme for the redistribution of seats in Ireland to the Representation of the People's Bill. Messrs O'Brien and Dillon denounced the attempt to redistribute the seats in Ireland at present.
