I There passed away at Oamaru last week one of Southland's oldest inhabitants, Mr. .Tames Fullarton, B.A. The late Mr. Fullarton was born on the Island of Arran, Scotland, in January, IR2S. 'He studied for the ministry of the Free Church of Scotland, and was fully licensed, but for health reasons was obliged to come nut to New Z"aland in ISB3. His brother was the Rev.
