The New York Times says that the Paris conference is designed to unify the war aims of the Entente, of Russia particularly. The Entente will help Russia to regain her fighting efficiency and financial stability. It is believed the conference will discuss plans for a winter campaign, including Anglo-French ana Italian drives, the Balkan situation, Greece's adhesion to the Entente and the consequent strengthening of the armies in Macedonia, also the shortage of tonnage. General Pershing and Admiral Sims may attend the conference.
