By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. „ Present indications are for moderate to strong westerly winds, squally at times in and southward of Cook Strait. Expect cloudy to overcast conditions generally, with rain probable southward of Kawhia and Castlepoint, particularly in western districts. The barometer is unsteady, with falling tendency in the north.
