By Wire.—Our Parliamentary Reporter. Wellington, Last Xight. The War Pensions Bill has been passed, but the new scale of separation allowances has not yet teen revised finally by Cabinet. The rateg proposed will be placed before the National Commissioners. ' The Minister for Defence stated, when introducing the War Pensions Bill, that the new rates would be 3s a day for a wife and Is a day for a •liild, but members have asked for further increases, and the matter is to be considered again by Cabinet before the commissioners meet.
