Tile report of the Cost of Living Committee will bo placed before the House of Representatives and discussed on Monday evening. This conmiittee, which 1i ; »j been sitting since the early part of the session, has heard a great deal of evidence and is expected to make some recommendations as to methods of checking the rise of prices. It is understood that they will recommend among other things, the appointment of a food controller. l
