LUXBURC ARRESTED. WILL PROBABLY BE INTERNED. Reuter Service. ■Received Oct. 13, 1.30 a.m. Buenos Aires, Oct. 12. Count Luxburg, who was recently handed his passports, has been arrested in southern Argentina. He will probably be interned until an opportunity is afforded to ship him home.
