THE C2 MEN.
QUESTION OF MEDICAL EXAMINATION. By Telegraph.—Prcso Association. Wellington. Oct. 7. In connection with- the medical reexamination of the first division C2 men at present proceediiiL', it has been decided to officially notify all men. whose medical papers have been reviewed by a special board sitting in Wellington and marked "Not for re-examination," of that fact. The receipt of -such notice by the men concerned will mean that they are not being called up in the medical 'revision and that in effect they are finally disposed of. A printed form is now being [iropared for this purpose, and the lirsr of the notices will be sent out in a few days' time. The work of reviewing the medical papers is being proceeded with vigorously, so that within a month or so all the First Division rejects should know definitely whether they are being called up for revision or not. This applies to rejects who enlisted voluntarily as well as to men called up under the ballot.
