Arrangements are being made for an early hearing 'by the Military Service Board of the adjourned sine die appeals on behalf of a number of officers and engineers in the Union Company's service. George Renner appealed on the ground of German parentage. He'said his parI ents came from Germany,, .but,. we,re naturalised in New Zealand before he was born, The appeal was dismissed.
