NORTH ISLAND GAINS THREE SEATS. By Wire.—Our Parliamentary Reporter. Wellington, Last Night.

The report of the Electoral Boundaries Commission is now almost completed, and it will soon bo in the hands of tlio Government. When the report is made public it will be found that the Motueka, Selwyn and Central Otago electorates, all in the South Island, are to be wiped out, and that three new electorates aro to be created in the North Island, two of them in the Auckland province, and the third, probably, in the Wellington province.
