A FAMOUS NOVEL LV PICTURES. "SATAN rS'NDERSOX" AT EVERYBODY'S TO-2UGHT. One of the strongest novels of last year was the gripping story of "Satan Sanderson," by Hallic Krminio Hives, and the Metro Company have adapted this well-known novel into one of the strongest pictures of this year, which will be screened at Everybody's to-night and to-, morrow. At the opcr.ir.j cT the story Sanderson is a minister.' David Stires is signing his will making Jessica hia sole heir, thereby disinheriting his dissolute son Hugh. Jessica protests and Sanderson appeals to David Stires on behalf of his son Hugh. Sanderson . acknowledges that he himself was wayward while in college, and as a reeagnised leader of the fast set of Hugh looked up to him as his ideal, -and that Sanderson feels a great responsibility for HugliVi downfall. .David Stires is obdurate; Jessica's sympathy goes out to Hugh in a romantic manner and .she holds Sanderson morally responsible for Hugh. Sanderson has . learned to love Jessica, but later Hugh returns home and succeeds m getting his father's forgiveness, he marries Jessica. At this time a medical opc/ation restores her sight. At the moment of the wedding a cheque is presented to David Stires signed with his own name, the signature having been forged by his son Hugh. David iStfres in his rage, threatens his son with jail. Hugh runs away, and secures help from Sanderson and because of the remarkable likeneßS between the two men, Sanderson is mistaken for Stires, which leads to many stirring adventures for both of them, until finally Sanderson is tried for his life for a crime committed by Stires. The story must be seen to bo appreciated, ihid will undoubtedly appeal strongly to everybody.
