AUSTRIA'S DEFICIT. 749 MILLION STERLING. Received Sept. 28, 9.50 p.m. Berne, Sept. 28. The Austrian budget deficit is nearly 749 million sterling. The cost of the war for three years totalled 1162 million, while the estimate for the fourth year U 600 million. CONSTITUTION* REFORM IN SAXONY. Received Sept. 29, 9.50 p.m. Amsterdam, Sept. 28. The committee for the reform of the constitution of Saxony rejected the parliamentary system.
