BULGARIA SATISFIED. TO KEEP WHAT SHE HOLDS. Washington, Sept. 28. The Bulgarian Minister, M. Panareioff declares that Bulgaria is ready to BBd the war, having attained her desired aids. She wants to retain the territory which, by language, nationality and historic rights belongs to her. He cited President Wilson's national boundaries statement Bulgaria was not interacted in Germany's Mittel-Europa Empire plan. Bulgaria would have preferred to fight with the Allies, but Germany made a Store acceptable proposition. She entered the war with the object of regainthe Dobrudja, Macedonia and parts of Serbia which had been unjustly tfken from Bulgaria. She had no particular love for the Central Powers. The Bulgarian armies fought only on the Serbian or Roumanian front, and would Sot fight against France or England, and would make no offensive except to maintain the territory now occupied.
