In the matter of The Counties Act, 190S, and of The Local Bodies' Loans Act, 1913, and any amendment of the said Acta and each of them respectively: THE Egmont County Council hereby] gives Public Notice that such Council proposes to raise a special loan of £15,000 for the purpose of re-erecting in reinforced concrete the whole of the bridges and culverts (as the case may require) as enumerated in the schedule hereunder, the said loan together with. interest thereon at a Tate not exceeding five and one quarter per centum per annum is to tie repayable in 36% years by half-yearly instalments in the manner provided by the Local Bodies' Loans Act, 1913. It is further proposed to pay out of the said loan the cost of raising the loan, together with the first year's interest thereon, and any preliminary expenses incurred in connection with the purpose for which the said loan is raised.
