REATMENT OF SERVIA. £ SIGNIFICANT IMPROVEMENT/
Times Service. Received Sept. 20. 5.3 p.m. Salonika, Sept. 19.
Servians who have escaped from Austria state they were the victims and witnesses of terrible barbarities, though latterly the treatment has significantly been bettered, accompanied by much talk of restoration of Servia. The crops in Bulgaria and Servia are records. The latter has been ruthlessly requi dtioned, insufficient grain being left to enable fhe producers to carry on.
