K Zqhrob, a steamboat owner, claimed £2500, the two claims being consolidate In his opening address, counsel said the, value of the barque and cargo was said\ to be about £104,000, and the cost of repairing the vessel about £12,000. FORTUNE TELLERS FINED. \ Wellington, Last Night. At the Magistrate's Court a numbef of charges of fortune-telling were heard, Mrs. Clara Sinclair, Mrs. Ada Biggins, Madame do Alma, Madame Leviar, and Mrs, Rosalie Stefnmann were fined £6 each. Mis. Margaret M. Roberts (Madame Azucena),' Mrs. Ida Robinson- (Ma. dame King), Madame le Vine and Madame Milhvard £3 each, while Mrs, Louise Douglas, who had decided to give up business and take down her sign, was fined £l.
