INCREASING THE ARTILLERY. INDUSTRIAL MOBILISATION. Madrid, Sept. IS. The Government has decided to form forty-two fresh artillery regiments and is also considering the mobilisation of industry on military lines. Senor Dato asserts that this is merely part of the general military reorganisation.
