ANTI-SHOUTING CASES. By Telegraph.—Press Association, Pahiatua, Last Night. Two plain-clothes city constable* visited Pahiatua recently, and as the result eighteen anti-shouting charts wera before Magistrate Reed to-day. Tbie wives of two licensees, also the kbitl employee who served the liquor, wefe ecch fined 40s, and the other defendants 20s. /These cases were the first of th'cir kind here.
