THE RIGHT OF APPEAL.
FOR CI and 02 MEN. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Dunedin, Sept. 19. A point of wide interest, in view of tlie Government's intention to form a special camp for CI men, has been put to the Minister by a solicitor whose clients are concerned. The point is whether the men now to be classified as fit to undergo special training, but who, when,, called in the ballot had either not appealed or withdrawn their appeal, retain their right of appeal. The Minister replied that CI or 02 men now classified as fit to undergo special training will he given the same right of appeal as though called up for service by the ballot.
