ARRIVAL OF WOUNDED. By Telegraph.—Press Aesociatior Auckland, Last Night. l There arrived to-day 371 sick anl wounded soldiers, comprising •15 officers, 350 other ranks, and 0 nurses. On leaving England there were 187 cot cases, now reduced to 25. Sergt. Hoy J. Leslie, of Auckland, a Main Body man, died at a port of call and was accorded a military funeral ashore. Three men among the number each lost a leg in the 'battle of the 'Somme. The greater number wera in action at Messines. The wearers oi decorations are Lieut. J. B. Mawson, of Winton; Sergeants Walter J. Murrayi (Opotiki), Charles McKeegan (Ashburi ton); Corporals John McQuillan (Dun, edin), William A. Oldham (Auckland).
