In the matter of The Counties Act, 1903, and of The Local Bodies' Loans A(t, 1913, and any amendment of the slid Acts and each of them respectively: 'pHE Egmont County Council hereby gives Public Notice that such Council proposes to raise a special loan of £15,000 for the purpose of re-erecting in reinforced concrete the whole of the bridges and culverts (as the case may require) as enumerated in the schedule hereunder, the said loan together with interest thereon at a rate not exceeding five and one quarter per centum per annum is to be repayable in 'My', years by half-yearly instalments in the manner provided by the Local Bodies' Loans Act. 1913.
