Trouble is brewing between Germany and her allies, Austria, Bulgaria, and Turkey demanding the right to approve Germany's reply to the Pope. ORGANISED PEACE MEETINGS IN HUNGARY. Received Sept. 14, 8.10 p.m. Berne, Sept. 13. - Hungarian church dignitaries aud many Conservative deputies arc arranging meetings throughout Hungary in favor of an immediate peace.
